Description
This is a 5-bay barn located approximately 30 meters west of Parlour Farm. It features a timber frame and is weather-boarded, with dwarf side walls made of random rubble and red brick gables. The roof is covered with blue slate, with corrugated sheet material on the lower slope.
On the east elevation, there is a full-height wagon doorway in the center, which has vertically-boarded double doors, while the other bays are finished with horizontal weather-boarding. The barn includes four cross-frames with angle-struts to the tie-beams, and collar trusses that support two tiers of slightly-trenched purlins. The west elevation has not been inspected.
