Llanerch-uchaf farmhouse and attached farm range

Llanerch-uchaf is a T-shaped farmhouse with an attached farm range, constructed from limewashed stone rubble. The farm range features a Welsh slate roof, while the farmhouse has a corrugated roof with brick end stacks. The two-storey house front has a two-window arrangement with cambered-headed windows and stone sills, including one original multipane casement. To the left, there is a similarly arched doorway. The attached lower farm range, which is not a continuous build, includes a single low slit ventilator and two small 3-pane square windows with timber lintels and sills. A small triangular ventilator is located in the gable end, with a pitching door beneath it. The rear wing of the farmhouse extends to full height and has a single window range of 12-pane cambered-head casements on each floor. Granary steps at the angle between the farmhouse and the attached range now provide access to the house. The rear of the farm range features a central doorway with a stable door, a small 3-pane window to the right, and a blocked opening to the left, along with a cast iron trough by the wall. There is a low single-storey extension on the far side of the farmhouse with an end stack, and the rear cross wing includes a barn bay with a ventilation slit.
