Description
The former Navigation Colliery Middle Revetment Wall is made of rubble sandstone and rises in height from the south to the north, following the slope of the road that leads down to the lower level of the colliery. The wall features remnants of pulleys and fittings, and it is topped with a fence made of standard rails, which once had winding cables passed between them, although these cables are no longer intact.
