Description

Primrose Hill is a three-storey building with a three-bay facade that is covered in cement render, featuring rustication on the ground floor. It has a hipped tiled roof. The second floor has smaller pivot windows that do not have glazing bars, while the lower floors are fitted with sash windows that do have glazing bars. The entrance features a simplified pilastered doorcase, which includes a modern door and a fanlight above it. There is a small enclosed forecourt with gatepiers on the right side.
