Description

Springfield Villa is a 2-storey building with a 3-window Regency front that has been pebbledashed. It features a hipped slate roof with rendered end stacks and broad eaves. The windows on the front are modern small-pane sash windows, and there are louvred shutters on the first floor. Ground-floor bays are located on either side of a Tuscan porch, which has a modern door set in a glazed surround. The rear sash windows retain their original small-pane glazing.

Additionally, there are short sections of original ironwork railings that flank the entrance gate.
