Description
Newton House is a two-storey building featuring a two-window stucco front with neo-classical detailing. The roof is covered with pantiles on the left side and slates with ridge cresting on the right, complemented by rendered and brick chimney stacks. There are thick band-courses above the ground floor, and the doorcases are positioned slightly to the right. The sash windows at No 32 have glazing bars and are set under slightly cambered heads, with a triplet arrangement on the ground floor. In contrast, the windows of No 33 have plain margins and lack glazing bars. The building has arched doors set in raised surrounds, with moulded architraves and keyblocks, and features four-panel doors.
