Description

Sunny Bank is a 2-storey, 4-bay Regency-style building constructed from stucco, featuring a hipped roof that is both tiled and slated. The façade includes a central pediment and a rendered chimney positioned above wide eaves supported by arched brackets. There is a sill band present as well. The ground floor has sash windows with glazing bars on the right side only, while the left side features modern small-pane windows. The entrance bays are set back and have transverse gables, adorned with Tuscan doorcases, although there is a modern porch added to the left.
