Description

The building occupied by Jacob's Antique Market is a two-storey structure that is three windows wide. It features a slate roof and a red brick chimney. The exterior is finished with smooth render, accented by pilaster strips and a band course between the storeys.

On the first floor, the windows are small-pane hornless sashes, with the end windows consisting of 8 panes over 8. The central window opening is the same size but has a narrower sash with 6 panes over 6, flanked by panelled infill. The ground floor windows are small-paned horned sashes.

The central entrance doorway is highlighted by a triangular pedimented doorcase with fluted pilasters and has panelled reveals.
