Description

The east boundary wall of Ilex Grove, which runs north to the lane at Clive Cottages, is constructed of stone rubble and features capping. It includes a square-headed stone doorway and extends northward to a flat-roofed structure in Plymouth Estate Yard. On the northern side of the enclosure, there is a high wall made of stone rubble with buttresses, which continues further north to Clive Cottages. At the south-west end of the wall, a stone stair leads up to a doorway.
