Description
The east boundary wall of St. Fagans Castle grounds is made of stone rubble and features an embattled parapet. It is similar to the wall that borders the eastern side of the Rose garden. The wall increases in height as it continues southwards to the stable entrance. To the north of the garden, near the head gardener's house, the castle boundary wall is significantly taller and also constructed of stone rubble, but it has brick capping. This section extends to the northern end of the yard occupied by the Plymouth Estate and is interrupted by an entrance to the yard.
