Description

This memorial to John and Mary Jenkins is located in the churchyard of the Church of St Mary. It is made of Bath stone ashlar and is designed in the shape of a Roman altar, surrounded by a low, coped stone wall. The memorial features a square base with a moulded top that supports a square shaft. The shaft has inscribed faces and is topped with a cornice and an urn. The inscriptions commemorate John Jenkins, who died in 1860, and his wife Mary Jenkins, who died in March 1854.
