Description

The gate piers to Tythegston Court are made of stone and feature attached stub walls from former boundary walls. They are designed with vermiculated rustication and have a frieze with a key pattern. The wide faces of the piers display swags, while the narrow faces are adorned with roundels. At the top, the piers are capped with sphinxes.
