Description
The Bowen/Roberts Monuments in the churchyard of Llansantfrraid consist of a group of three tall tombstones arranged side by side. Each tombstone features a tall rectangular pier on a plinth, which stands on a stone base. The tops of the piers are draped with a cloth, and there is a wreath above the inscription panel. On the left pier, there is a bust of a man in contemporary dress; in the center, there is a draped and wreathed urn; and on the right pier, there is a bust of a woman in contemporary dress. These two figures are believed to be likenesses of the deceased. Additionally, there are saddleback tomb slabs at the base of the two figures.
