Description

The River Ogmore Viaduct is a railway viaduct built with a twin span masonry structure made of coursed and squared rock-faced sandstone. It features arch rings constructed from rusticated voussoirs. The intact parapet consists of four uneven courses, with replaced coping on the upside. The downside of the viaduct has been reduced below the height of the parapet and capped with engineering brick. There are metal railings on both sides and plain sloping wingwalls.
