Description
Plenty Farmhouse is a small two-storey farmhouse featuring a front elevation with three windows. The exterior is rough-cast rendered, topped with a slate roof that has a tile ridge and rendered end chimneys. There is a larger kitchen chimney on the left (north) side. The symmetrical arrangement of windows is slightly offset to the right to accommodate the kitchen chimney. The windows are well-proportioned four-pane 19th-century timber casements set in exposed frames with stone sills. Decorative 19th-century rendered pilaster strips are present at the left and right corners, along with a similar decorative rendered surround around the front door. At the rear, there is a 19th-century extension with a low-pitch roof. The farmhouse is believed to have a typical layout, featuring a central lobby and stairs, with the kitchen or living room on the left and a parlour on the right.
