Description

Ty Gwyn is a small two-storey cottage built of stone, rendered and painted white. It features a slate roof with a tile ridge and a brick chimney on the right side. The front elevation has small window openings with recessed frames and a central front door. There is a side entrance from the adjacent lane at the rear of the left gable, along with small rear extensions. The interior is described as having one room on the ground floor and one room on the upper floor, with exposed beams.
