Ty-draw Farmhouse

Ty-draw Farmhouse is a two-storey, four-window farmhouse built with roughcast render over local rubble and topped with a slate roof featuring three dressed stone chimneys. The front is asymmetrical with a roughly central main doorway. On the first floor, there are four 12-pane hornless sash windows. The ground floor has a roughly central boarded doorway, with two 16-pane horned sash windows to the right and a 16-pane sash window to the left, along with an additional doorway beneath a modern glazed porch. To the right, there is a single-storey block with a sash window and a pitched slate roof. The left gable is slate-hung and includes a first-floor window. At the rear, there are crosswings at the east and west ends of the building; the west crosswing is two storeys with two windows and a loading door on the first floor of the north gable, and a shallow two-storey block at the angle with the main block. The east crosswing is single storey.

The interior has been largely modernised in the 19th century. The parlour features high-quality wooden panelling against the rear wall, reputedly from Llantrithyd Place, which consists of fielded wainscotting with an ornate frieze. The panelling is partially fitted on its side, and the frieze is made up of pieces that do not fit together well, with a cupboard to the right that is panelled as part of the wall.
