3 Princess Way

3 Princess Way is a three-storey office block built with snecked rubble facings and badly eroded freestone dressings. It features steep slate roofs, with a large gable projecting forward on the left side, and parapets adorned with finials. The stems of the chimneys on the left and centre have been removed above the sloping seatings. The gable has three slit windows and a wide relieving arch above a cusped tripartite window, which includes blind heads with disc ornament and punched spandrel rosettes. On the right side, there are plain chamfered openings and cill bands. The first floor has seven windows that are paired under relieving arches with shouldered heads, roll-moulded arches, and similar detailing, featuring sash windows with some glazing bars. The ground floor has shouldered windows with decayed colonnettes, along with two modern doors and a rendered gable end.

Inside, the building retains an openwell staircase made of Baltic oak, complete with Gothic newels and ironwork railings.
