Description

The structure consists of a stepped granite plinth and a tall pedestal featuring a moulded base and cornice. Atop the pedestal is a full-height bronze statue of JH Vivian, depicted standing in a top-coat and holding papers in his right hand. Behind the statue is a draped heraldic pedestal.
