Description

The monument is a tall, square pedestal made of red granite, featuring a moulded cornice and base, as well as chamfered angles. Atop the pedestal is a bronze statue of Sir H. Hussey Vivian, Baronet, Member of Parliament, and First Baron Swansea of Singleton. The statue depicts him standing with an outstretched right hand, while his left hand holds a scroll, and there is a pile of books behind him.
