Description

Llanfair Farmhouse is a two-storey, four-window farmhouse, likely dating from the 18th century, with later additions. The main block features a steeply pitched roof and is colourwashed on the front, with smaller ranges extending to either side, sharing a continuous eaves line but displaying flatter roof pitches, especially on the left. The roof is covered with asbestos tiles to the front and corrugated material to the rear. Four brick chimney stacks are present, with a projecting chimney breast to the left gable. Wall plates are visible towards the centre of the building. It has mainly two-light casement windows. A pitched slate roof covers an offset rubble porch with a modern recessed door. The interior was not inspected, but it appears to contain chamfered cross beams on the ground floor.
