Description

The building located immediately to the west of the former Watergate Mill is a two-storey structure with a south elevation featuring three windows. It is constructed of stucco and has a flat roof, with small stone piers at each corner. On the south elevation, there are small-pane sash windows set within reveals; the upper floor has 9-pane sashes with dripstones, while the ground floor has 12-pane sashes with labels. The central doorway on the ground floor is broad and square-headed.
