Description
Nos 10,10a,10b & 11 Watergate Building of two storeys and attic (roof lights) with steeply-pitched hipped slate roof. Scribed stucco. Elevation to Watergate with asymmetrical fenestration. Three 12-pane sash windows to first floor, L window longer than others. On ground floor, two adjoining doorways; right hand doorway with doorcase, L doorway without doorcase but with shallow rectangular overlight; both with half-glazed modern doors. Two 2-light shop windows to R. Curved corner with two 12-pane sash windows on first floor; C19 shop front with two shop windows each of three three-centred headed lights in casing of pilasters, fascia and cornice which continues over half-glazed shop door and further window. South-east continues with large rectangular chimney stack near eaves; further first floor 12-pane sash window.
