Description
7 Watergate is part of a row of four three-storey buildings, numbered 4, 5, 6, and 7. The buildings feature two windows each, with Nos 4 and 5 having convex facades. They are topped with a slate hipped roof and have overhanging eaves. No 6 is finished in pebbledash, while Nos 4 and 5 have scribed render, and No 7 has smooth render. There is a band at the first-floor sill level, along with end pilasters and a plinth. The second floor has square six-pane hopper windows, and the first floor features twelve-pane sash windows. On the ground floors, Nos 5, 6, and 7 each have a tripartite small-pane sash window, with No 6 having a moulded architrave. The doorways are located to the left in Nos 5 and 7, and to the right in No 6. No 7 has a modern door and an additional doorway to the left.
