Description

This is a mid-to-later 19th-century house with a single storey and attic, featuring prominent gables and bargeboards. The house is constructed of stone walls covered in cement render, topped with a slate roof and decorative cresting, including cresting on the dormers. Rendered chimneys rise at the ends of the building. The front facade has three windows, with horned sash windows, and a further three windows are positioned in the roof space, each with gabled detailing and cusped bargeboards. The central ground floor doorway has a four-panelled door with the upper two panels glazed, above a rectangular overlight.

A low stone garden wall with stone coping runs along the property, complemented by 19th-century iron railings and a gate that features uprights with looped detailing. Circular standards with urn finials are placed at intervals along the railings.
