Description

No.11 Pendre is a group of cottages dating from the 19th century, situated within a row alongside Nos 9 and 10. The building is constructed of painted roughcast, with a slate roof. It comprises two bays initially, with a projecting wing extending a further bay’s width at the south end. The property is accompanied by 19th-century garden walls, railings, and gates. These are set upon an ashlar base, featuring looped uprights and standards at intervals, finished with urn finials.

No.11 itself is pebbledashed. The northern part of the building features a small sash window with three panes at the top and a nine-pane window below. A half-glazed door is positioned to the left, sheltered by an open porch. The projecting wing to the south has a small-paned sash window on the top floor and a nine-pane fixed window below. The west wall presents a large chimney and a small first-floor casement window.
