Description
Tawelfa is a house constructed of stone, laid in shallow courses, featuring bands at the eaves and first floor level, and topped with a slate roof and stone end chimneys. The south-west elevation is two storeys high and has three windows. The first floor includes 12-pane sash windows. On the ground floor, there is a central doorway with a bracketed cornice, leading to a 6-panelled door with a shallow rectangular overlight, flanked by French casements. The left return has a doorway on the first floor, while the right return has a single 12-pane sash window on each floor. The rear elevation features two large dormer windows and a round-headed staircase window. Inside, there are simple late Georgian details in the entrance hall and shutters on the ground floor front windows.
