Description
Llwyfan is a two-storey house built of roughcast rubble stone with a slate roof. It features a stone ridge stack to the right of the center, which defines the gable end of the original house from the byre. The original house has a four-light window with diamond mullions on the left, which once lit the former parlour, along with an inserted door and window to the center and right. In the upper storey, there is an early 20th-century six-pane sash window in the center. The later house to the right has two windows with hornless sashes, a replaced upper right window, and a recently inserted door in an earlier segmental-headed opening. The gable end of the lower house has a blocked loft doorway beneath a timber lintel.
Inside, the original house features a post-and-panel partition with two segmental-headed doorways, which have been re-set against the rear wall. The original fireplace stair is now blocked.
