Description

1 Beaufort Street is a building with origins likely dating to the time of Floriana and number 55 High Street. It has a roughcast front with two windows, a slate roof, and roughcast end chimney stacks. The windows are sash windows with three lights, and there is a central entrance. The left end wall is also roughcast and features an off-axis extension to the rear, as shown on the 1840 Tithe Map. This section of the wall has deeply recessed openings.
