Description

1 Llanbedr Road is a two-storey, two-window building, with an additional window at number 3, dating from the 18th century. The front elevation of number 1 is painted, while numbers 2 and 3 have a cement render finish, incorporating end pilaster strips and a plinth. The building has slate roofs with wide eaves and cement-rendered chimney stacks. The upper windows are 9-pane sashes, with architraves on number 1 and an added 6-pane sash window on number 3. The ground floor features two bow windows with metal glazing bars, each sheltered by a bracketed hood. The arrangement has been altered to create number 3, with a doorway positioned to the left rather than in the centre as with numbers 1 and 2. Number 1 has a 4-panel door; number 2 has a 2-panel and boarded door with a 2-pane fanlight; and number 3 has a modern door.
