Description

The building at 5 Llanbedr Road is a two-storey Georgian building, comprising numbers 4, 5, and 6. Number 6 is the narrowest of the three, and number 5 has been made narrower by an extension to number 4. The front of number 4 is rendered, while numbers 5 and 6 have a "scribed" render finish, with applied pilaster strips and plinths. The roofs are slate, with exposed eaves, and the chimney stacks are rendered with cement and have an undulating roofline, particularly noticeable on number 4. Number 4 has three windows, while numbers 5 and 6 each have two. The ground-floor windows of number 4 are recessed sash windows, with one featuring a stepped 16-pane design; number 5 has a 5-pane sash window, and number 6 a 12-pane sash window. All windows have architraves. A central, pedimented doorcase is present on number 4, with a boarded door and fanlight; number 5 has a modern door, and number 6 a half-glazed door.
