Description

4 Llanbedr Road comprises three attached Georgian properties, dating from the 18th century. Number 4 is wider than numbers 5 and 6, with number 5 having been made narrower by an extension of number 4. The front elevations are two storeys high. Number 4 has a rendered front, while numbers 5 and 6 have a scribed render finish, with end pilaster strips and plinths. All three properties share slate roofs with exposed eaves, and cement-rendered chimney stacks featuring an undulating roofline on number 4. Number 4 has three windows, while numbers 5 and 6 have two each. The ground floor windows of number 4 are recessed sash windows, with one window having 16 panes stepped up. Numbers 5 and 6 have 5-pane and 12-pane sash windows respectively. Window architraves are present on number 4. A central, pedimented doorcase adorns number 4, sheltering a boarded door and fanlight; number 5 has a modern door, while number 6 has a half-glazed door.
