Description
St David's Rectory is an irregular two-storey building with six bays, featuring a front made of stucco and roughcast, topped with a slate roof and wide bracket eaves. It has one cement render chimney stack and two brick chimney stacks. The outer bays are set back, especially on the left side, and are gabled, with the second bay from the left being advanced.
The sash windows, which mostly have glazing bars, are adorned with bracketed hood moulds. There is an advanced pitched roof porch made of rubble, which has an arched entrance and a half-glazed door. To the left of the porch is a panelled door with a fanlight, located next to a modern extension. The right end wall is made of rubble and features a projecting rubble chimney breast. The rear of the building is whitewashed rubble with sash windows. To the left, there is a later rubble cross range that has segmental voussoir lintels.
