Description

The barn at Cwm Bwchel Farm is constructed from red sandstone rubble and features a corrugated metal sheet roof. On the southwest side, there is a large threshing doorway topped with a stone slate canopy, along with a vent slit to the right. A similar doorway is located at the rear, and there are vent slits in the gables.

Inside, the barn has a five-bay roof supported by tie-beam trusses with raking struts, and it includes two tiers of staggered purlins. Most of the secondary rafters and the ridge piece are original.
