Description
Nos 24 and 25 Free Street are a pair of two-storey cottages, each featuring two windows. They are constructed from coursed grey stone and have voussoirs above the openings. The cottages have slate roofs with a shallow pitch and end chimneys.
No 24 has casement windows on the upper floor, while the ground floor includes a 12-pane sash window and a 6-panelled door on the left side. The forecourts are enclosed by dwarf walls and iron railings that loop over themselves, with gates designed in a similar style. Stone piers mark the ends of the enclosure.
