Description
14 Free Street is part of a row of six two-storey cottages, numbered 12 to 17. The cottages are constructed with painted pebbledash and feature slate roofs that are hipped at the right end. They are arranged in three pairs, each with three windows, although the central first-floor windows are blind. The openings are camber-headed, and the doorways are centrally arranged in pairs. Most of the windows consist of nine small panes. Number 14 has a modern panelled door.
