Description

15 Free Street is part of a row of six two-storey cottages, numbered 12 to 17. The cottages are finished in painted pebbledash and feature slate roofs that are hipped at the right end. The buildings are grouped in three pairs, each with three windows, although the central first-floor windows are blind. The openings are camber-headed, and the doorways are arranged to be central within each pair. Most of the windows contain nine small panes.

No. 15 has a half-glazed modern door and, to the left, there is a later 19th-century shop window with two curved-headed lights, pilasters, and a bracketed cornice.
