Description

This is a Georgian building, likely dating from the 18th century, originally a 3-storey, 2-window structure with a roughcast exterior and a slate roof, hipped at the front, topped by a rendered chimney stack. The front features recessed sash windows; the second floor has 9-pane windows, and the first floor has 12-pane windows. A contemporary shop front has been added, featuring square pillars, a plain fascia, 5-light shop windows, and a part-glazed central door with a fanlight above. The left side of the building is also roughcast and contains sash windows and a 6-panel door with a 3-pane fanlight. A lower, 2-storey extension to the rear steps down with the ground level and includes 1st-floor sash windows.
