Description
McGrath, Pearce & Co., Solicitors is a three-storey building featuring scribed render and roughcast frontages. The first unit, No 1, has one window, while Nos 2 and 3 have two windows, with No 3 set back and featuring a plinth. There is an overall cill band on the second floor and an end pilaster strip on No 1. The building has slate roofs with a cross gable that is treated as an open pediment on No 2, narrow boxed eaves, and a rendered chimney stack at the right end. The sash windows, most of which have glazing bars, include segmental heads on the second floor of No 2 and lugged architraves on No 1. No 1 has a five-light shop front, while Nos 2 and 3 feature modern shop fronts. The left gable end is roughcast and has two-light sash windows.
