Description
Keith Miles & Co., Estate Agents is a three-storey building featuring scribed render and roughcast frontages. It has a one-window layout for No 1 and a two-window layout for Nos 2 and 3, with No 3 set back and having a plinth. The building includes an overall second-floor cill band and an end pilaster strip on No 1. The roofs are slate, with a cross gable on No 2 treated as an open pediment, narrow and boxed eaves, and a rendered chimney stack on the right end. The sash windows, mostly with glazing bars, have segmental heads on the second floor of No 2 and lugged architraves on No 1. No 1 features a five-light shop front, while Nos 2 and 3 have modern shop fronts. The left gable end is roughcast and includes two-light sash windows.
