Description

4 Harbour Lane is a two-storey building with scribed render fronts, and No 1 has a basement. The building features rusticated quoins on Nos 1, 2, and 4, slate roofs, and rendered chimney stacks. The sash windows, mostly with glazing bars, have voussoir lintels on Nos 1 and 4. The main entrance to No 1 is elevated above the road and includes a lugged and panelled architrave with a keystone, a recessed four-panel door, and a fanlight. To the right, there is a full-height basement with a lintel above a pivot window, and a modern projecting porch that conceals the original entrance. The entrances to Nos 2 and 3 are paired and feature lugged architraves, keystones, and recessed boarded doors, similar to No 4.
