Description

1 Harbour Lane is a group of two-storey buildings with scribed render fronts, featuring a basement at No 1. The buildings have rusticated quoins at Nos 1, 2, and 4, and are topped with slate roofs and rendered chimney stacks. Most of the sash windows include glazing bars and have voussoir lintels at Nos 1 and 4. The main entrance to No 1 is elevated above the road and features a lugged and panelled architrave with a keystone, a recessed four-panel door, and a fanlight above. To the right, there is a full-height basement with a lintel above a pivot window, and a modern projecting porch that conceals the original entrance. The entrances to Nos 2 and 3 are paired and also have lugged architraves, keystones, and recessed boarded doors, similar to No 4.
