Description

3 Harbour Lane is a group of two-storey buildings with scribed render fronts, featuring a basement at No 1. The buildings have rusticated quoins at Nos 1, 2, and 4, slate roofs, and rendered chimney stacks. They include sash windows, mostly with glazing bars, and voussoir lintels at Nos 1 and 4. The main entrance at No 1 is elevated above the road and has a lugged and panelled architrave with a keystone, leading to a recessed four-panel door with a fanlight. There is a full-height basement to the right with a lintel above a pivot window, and a modern projecting porch that conceals the original entrance. The entrances to Nos 2 and 3 are paired and feature lugged architraves, keystones, and recessed boarded doors, similar to No 4.
