Description

Penybanc and Y Garth

Early to mid C19 pair of houses in rubble stone with imitation slate roofs and C20 rebuilt ridge stack and E end stack. Each of two storeys, double fronted. Penybanc has two small 9-pane sashes above with painted stone sills, two small 12-pane sashes below and centre door with recessed stone voussoirs and keystones. C20 door in C20 glazed lean-to porch. 'Y Garth' has different stonework, probably later, similar size windows but with 4-pane casements and centre door. Similar ground floor voussoirs to heads and centre ledged door. Lean-to C20 glazed porch. Both houses have flat-roofed rear additions.
