Description

The gateway to the churchyard is a late 19th-century structure made of grey coursed stone. It features a steep gabled roof and a pointed arched entry, with chamfered cut-stone voussoirs forming the arch. Above the arch, there is a cusped trefoil plaque set in a Bath stone surround, and the gable is topped with cement coping and a Bath stone finial. The gateway is closed by an iron gate that has an urn finial on the closing bar. Although the plaque is overgrown, it is believed to read "1855," while the iron gate is thought to date from 1837.
