Description
Farmers is a house dating from the 18th century, featuring white-painted rough render and a slate roof with rendered brick end stacks. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window range that is offset to the right. It includes three small 4-pane windows with slate sills located under the eaves, and two larger 2-pane sash windows, which have been renewed, positioned below on each side of the boarded door. At the rear, there is an outshut.
Inside, the layout consists of a hall and stair with a room on each side. The partitions are made of bead-moulded tongue-and-groove boarding on both sides of the hallway. The ceilings feature pine ceiling joists, and there are wide floorboards above. The floors are finished with slate flags.
