Description
Aberelwyn is a farmhouse constructed from slate-hung rubble stone, topped with a slate roof and featuring red brick end stacks. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window range, with 4-pane sash windows and a small fireplace window on the ground floor to the left. The northwest end wall is made of rubble stone and has a derelict lean-to. There is a rear wing that originally extended to the northeast but has mostly been demolished behind the front wall. The rear of the farmhouse includes a rubble stone projecting stair gable, which has attic and first-floor 20th-century windows beneath original oak lintels with dripstones, along with a ground floor door. The right side of the rear wall previously had an outshut that has now been removed, and there is a blocked first-floor door with an oak lintel. The property has not been inspected.
