Description
The structure is a wall located along the south side of the churchyard, dating from the 19th century. It is constructed of rubble stone and stands approximately 2 meters high along the road. At mid-height, there is a band of squared slag blocks, and the top of the wall features slag block coping that has a rounded triangular section. The wall measures 14 meters from the parish room to the churchyard gate, which is flanked by square rubble piers and 20th-century iron gates. There is also an upper gateway that is 43 meters away, featuring square rubble piers with stone caps and earlier 19th-century iron gates adorned with scrolled finials. A short section of the wall to the right of the gateway has been rebuilt.
