Description

Preseli is a house of stucco construction with a slate roof and a bargeboarded gable at the front, dating to an unspecified period. The house has a basement and attic, and stands two storeys high with an irregular two-window front. It features a raised plinth and 12-pane horned sash windows with raised surrounds to all openings. The ground floor has a four-panel timber door to the right, with a large rectangular overlight and three stone steps leading up to it. To the centre and left of the ground floor are two sash windows, with painted stone sills. The first floor has two closely-spaced sash windows in the centre, connected by a short raised band linking the heads of the windows. A small four-pane roundel, surrounded by a decorative surround with four keystones, is set within the gable. A rubble stone gable end is visible on the right, and there is a gable-ended, full-height extension to the rear, also covered with slate. Note: the property was not available for inspection.
