Cwmbach County Primary School

Cwmbach County Primary School is a single-storey building constructed from rubble stone and topped with slate roofs, featuring a brick stack at the left end. The school has a basement and presents a façade with three pointed windows that have red brick heads and stone keystones facing the road. The windows are paired casements with intersecting glazing bars in pointed heads, set in cemented jambs and resting on slate sills. The basement includes a square opening with a boarded window to the left, along with two doors and a barred window.

On the right end wall, there is a similar pointed window featuring coloured glass in its pointed head, which consists of 12 panes, with the top four being hinged. An added rear wing contains four windows with cambered brick heads; these 20-pane windows also have hinged upper sections consisting of four panes. The slate sills are consistent throughout. Beneath this wing, there are four basement openings. The end wall is rendered and includes a lean-to porch with external steps leading up to a segmental-pointed headed doorway. Additionally, there are two small windows on the end wall, each with brick heads. The left end of the main range features a segmental pointed window with a brick head. The building has not been inspected.
